1. Subscription Packages :-
We offer monthly/ Quarterly/ Half Yearly/ Yearly subscription packages for digital advertising, marketing and promotional services. Each package includes different levels of service, as outlined on our website.
  a. Billing Cycle :-
  Subscriptions are billed on a monthly/ Quarterly/ Half Yearly/ Yearly basis, starting from the date of paid sign-up.
  Automatic renewal occurs at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior.
  b. Payment :- All payments must be made in advance through the payment methods available on the website.
  Failure to pay on time may result in the suspension or termination of services.
  c. Service Activation Waiting Period :-
       * After successful payment, all advertisement packages (Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly, Yearly) will be subject to a 3-days (72-hours) processing period before the service begins.
       * During this 3-days waiting period, clients may cancel their subscription and request a full refund, no questions asked.
       * Once the 3-days period is over and services are activated, no refund will be issued.
   d. Refunds :-
   Subscription fees are non-refundable after the waiting period is over, including for partial months or unused features.
   We may offer refunds only under exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
   e. Automatic Renewals :-
       * Subscriptions will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
       * To avoid automatic billing, users must cancel before the next billing date.
       * No refund will be issued for auto-renewed subscriptions that were not canceled in advance.

2. User Responsibilities :-
You agree to provide accurate and updated business information.
You are responsible for ensuring your content (ads, banners, links) complies with applicable laws.
You may not use our platform to promote illegal, misleading, or harmful content.

3. Content and Intellectual Property :-
You retain ownership of all content you provide to us.
By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for the purposes of delivering our services.
We retain ownership of all original marketing materials, designs, or strategies created by us unless agreed otherwise.

4. Service Limitations :-
We do not guarantee specific results or traffic levels unless expressly stated.
While we strive for continuous service, we are not responsible for downtime or interruptions beyond our control.

5. Termination and Cancellation :-
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
We reserve the right to terminate your access for any breach of these Terms without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability :-
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Any loss of business, revenue, or data due to your use of our services.
