At Click 1 Online, we strive to provide consistent and high-quality advertising and marketing services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines our commitment to transparency regarding our monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly subscription packages.
1. Subscription Billing Terms :-
We offer four types of prepaid subscription plans:
* Monthly
* Quarterly (every 3 months)
* Half-Yearly (every 6 months)
* Yearly (every 12 months)
All plans are charged in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle, unless cancelled beforehand.
2. Service Activation Waiting Period :-
* After successful payment, all advertisement packages (Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly, Yearly) will be subject to a 3-days (72-hours) processing period before the service begins.
* During this 3-days waiting period, clients may cancel their subscription and request a full refund, no questions asked.
* Once the 3-days period is over and services are activated, no refund will be issued.
3. Cancellation Policy :-
a. How to Cancel :-
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer dashboard or by contacting us in writing at support@click1online.com
b. Notice Period :-
To avoid automatic renewal, cancellation must be requested:
* Monthly plan – at least 3 days before the next billing date
* Quarterly, Half-Yearly, and Yearly plans – at least 7 days before renewal
c. Service Continuation :-
Once cancelled, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will apply after cancellation.
4. Refund Policy :-
As a service-based digital platform, all payments are non-refundable after the waiting period is over and once the subscription period has started.
Refunds will not be provided for:
* Change of mind
* Non-usage of services
* Downtime due to client-side issues
* Partial usage of subscription duration
Exception Handling
Refunds will be considered only under the following rare cases:
* Duplicate payment made by mistake
* Technical error causing failure to activate the package
* Non-delivery of promised services (must be supported by evidence)
To raise a refund request, please email support@click1online.com within 7 days of payment. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days.
5. Automatic Renewals :-
* Subscriptions will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
* To avoid automatic billing, users must cancel before the next billing date.
* No refund will be issued for auto-renewed subscriptions that were not canceled in advance.
6. Plan Downgrade/Upgrade Policy :-
* Mid-cycle downgrades will take effect from the next billing cycle. No partial refunds.
* Mid-cycle upgrades may be allowed with pro-rata adjustments, subject to approval.
7. Termination by Company :-
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without refund if:
* You violate our Terms & Conditions
* You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful advertising activities
8. Changes to Policy :-
We may update this policy at any time. Revised policies will be published on this page with the "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
